About this Apprenticeship
In the new distribution centre Culture and Development consulting team, you will advise and support the Wustermark distribution centre on culture, collaboration, and employee and organisational development. You will assess needs, develop suitable consulting and training services, and connect the distribution centre with specialist teams, strategy consultants and the works council. This is a permanent full-time position.
What You'll Learn
- Assess local needs with distribution centre management and other staff managers, design suitable consulting and training processes, and decide whether standard services, individual advice or on-site training are required.
- Advise and train managers in facilitation, communication and leadership skills in line with dm's values, focusing on adapting Culture and Development concepts to individual distribution centres and more demanding methodological needs.

- Plan culture and development topics strategically with the distribution centres and systematically connect operational needs with the division's strategic goals.
- Bring distribution centre perspectives into strategic planning and the further development of Culture and Development services in the employee division.
- Feed insights from distribution centres into the division's strategy development and help shape the long-term direction of Culture and Development at the distribution centres.
- Take professional responsibility for managing and ensuring the quality of consulting and training processes at individual sites and across sites.
- Manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of these processes, ensure that methods are sound and contribute to agreed goals, and continuously improve quality and effectiveness.
- Analyse the use of learning services and identify needs together with distribution centre management.
- Develop a needs assessment process with the team, repeat it and improve it for your site; independently decide on standard services or individual processes, their goals and external support.
- Independently plan and manage the budget for external support, self-designed processes and training services, including rooms and tools, within agreed budget and approval rules.
- Take responsibility for the results and effectiveness of consulting, learning and development activities, assess them against agreed goals, contribute insights to evaluations across sites, improve the service portfolio and decide whether external expertise or advice is needed.
- Act as the central link between distribution centres, Culture and Development specialist teams, strategy consultants and the works council to bring together, coordinate and implement solutions across sites.
- Work with the works council, including on matters requiring employee representation in decisions about new training courses.
- Work across the organisation and coordinate information sharing to support the delivery of culture and development approaches.
