Quality Manager - Focus on Medicines

Quality management for the dm brands in Karlsruhe. The position is available immediately, fixed-term for one year and part-time (approx. 25-30 hrs/week), hybrid.

• Quality management at the interface between own-brand manufacturers and the dm brands
• Support in the continuous development of the quality management system
• Measures to implement, verify and develop internal quality requirements and goals, including our dm brands self-control system
• Initiating and supervising projects for process and quality optimization
• Identifying and tapping AI potential and using suitable AI tools
• Collaboration in the quality management team and with internal and external partners in our network

• A completed degree in natural sciences, for example food chemistry
• Relevant professional experience, preferably in quality management
• Knowledge of the product groups and legal framework of the drugstore range (especially medicines) and of GMP and GDP requirements
• Affinity for AI tools and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
• Good written and spoken English
• Organizational and teamwork skills and an analytical, self-reliant way of working
