Deputy Store Manager 37.5 hrs/week in the greater St. Ingbert/Neunkirchen area

You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, the meeting place for brands and people. As deputy store manager you support your store manager in securing the success of the dm store. You take on personnel responsibility and shape the special dm shopping world together with the team. Your working hours are in consultation with your dm store in various shifts (morning, noon, evening) from Monday to Saturday. Deputy store manager sounds exciting for you? • Core task: You represent and support your store manager.
• Secure success: You optimize work processes from a business management perspective and secure the success of your dm store together with the store manager.
• Promote employees: With empathy you promote the personal and professional development of your team and train our future managers of tomorrow with heart and soul.
• Product availability and cleanliness: So that our customers feel comfortable at dm and always quickly find what they are looking for, you always keep an overview of the complete goods supply and presentation. That you also pitch in goes without saying for us.
• Passport photo service: According to biometric specifications you produce passport photos for IDs etc.
• Organizational talent: You love to be creative and plan, organize and implement marketing measures and strategies.
• Employee deployment planning: Proactively you coordinate working times with your team.
• Find new employees: You support the store manager in job interviews and trial days.
• Projects: You like to take the initiative, think along and shape projects and undertakings together with the team.

• Customer and service orientation: With your empathy, commitment and joy in meeting people, you create the typical dm feel-good atmosphere with us.
• Organizational and leadership strength: With your organizational talent you know how to set priorities and have a feel for promoting and inspiring people individually.
• Education and professional experience: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and professional experience in retail or in the commercial sector and already have experience in personnel management.
• eID activation for passport photo service: To digitally transmit passport photos for our passport photo service in our stores to the citizens' offices, you need the eID activation on your ID document.
• Own initiative, solution orientation and will to shape: You want to take the initiative, work independently, develop solutions and shape a livable future for everyone together with our working community.
• Certificates: Ideally you already have a trainer certificate and a certificate of competence for over-the-counter medicines.
• Competencies: You are well versed in Office 365, SAP, smartphones and digital media. You also handle the German language and numbers confidently.
