Sales assistant, 10 hours per week in 36381 Schlüchtern

Work as a sales assistant at the dm store at Gartenstraße 23a in Schlüchtern. Part-time work with 10 hours per week, from 15 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. Morning, midday or evening shifts from Monday to Saturday are agreed with the store.

• Customer advice: Help customers with knowledge and a smile, making sure all their questions are answered.
• Product displays and range: Arrange products clearly, in a way that suits customers and makes them easy to reach, helping people enjoy shopping at dm.
• Customer focus: Your open and helpful approach makes shopping at dm a pleasant experience.
• Passport photo service: Take passport photos for identity documents and similar uses that meet biometric requirements.
• Checkout: Keep the checkout running smoothly so customers finish their shopping in a pleasant atmosphere.
• Picking express orders: Process incoming online orders and help prepare express deliveries for customers.
• Create themed promotional displays together: Use your creativity, ideas and organisational skills to support sales promotions.
• Stocktaking: Count stock and place orders to keep products available in the dm store.

• Customer service: Your empathy, commitment and enjoyment of meeting people help create dm's welcoming atmosphere.
• Training and experience: You have completed commercial vocational training and have experience in retail or another commercial role.
• eID activation for the passport photo service: Your identity document must have its eID function activated so you can send passport photos digitally from our stores to local citizen service offices.
• Skills: You enjoy digital work and are confident using smartphones and similar devices. You also have an excellent command of German.
• Teamwork and motivation: You help the team keep the store running smoothly and agree working hours together. You stay calm when things get busy.
• Initiative, problem solving and a desire to shape the future: You enjoy taking the initiative, working independently, finding solutions and helping our working community build a better future for everyone.
• Flexibility: You actively help plan staff schedules so your working hours fit the dm store's opening hours as well as possible.
