You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores. As a sales assistant you always listen to customers' wishes, impress with knowledgeable advice and make retail a pleasant experience. Your working hours are agreed with your dm store, Monday to Saturday between 6:00 and 20:00. Part-time (15 hrs/week), fixed-term, from now until 31.07.2027. Address: Marktplatz 11, 30880 Laatzen.

• Advising: be there for customers with expertise and a smile
• Present goods and arrange the range clearly and in a customer-friendly way
• Customer focus: make shopping at dm a pleasant experience
• Passport photo service: take passport photos according to biometric requirements
• Working the checkout
• Picking express orders: process online orders and prepare express deliveries
• Design themed tables for promotions together
• Stocktaking: record inventory and place orders

• Service mindset: empathy, commitment and joy in meeting people
• Completed commercial training and work experience in retail or the commercial field
• eID activation on your ID document for the passport photo service
• Enjoy digital work and be confident with smartphones & co.; very good German
• Team spirit and motivation, staying calm when things get stressful
• Initiative, solution orientation and willingness to shape things
• Flexibility in staff scheduling to match your hours with store opening hours
• Resilience and stamina, as the work is at times demanding
