Sales Assistant, 15 hours per week in 73430 Aalen

Part-time sales assistant position at the dm store at Nördlicher Stadtgraben 6 in 73430 Aalen, working 15 hours per week. The contract runs from 15 November 2026 to 31 July 2027. Shifts are agreed with the store from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00.

• Customer advice: Help customers with knowledge and a smile, answering all their questions.
• Display goods and organise the range: Arrange products clearly, in ways that suit customers and make them easy to reach, helping people enjoy shopping at dm.
• Customer focus: Make shopping at dm a pleasant experience through your openness and willingness to help.
• Passport photo service: Take photos for identity documents and similar purposes in line with biometric requirements.
• Checkout: Keep checkout operations running smoothly so customers finish their shopping in a pleasant atmosphere.
• Pick express orders: Process incoming online orders and help prepare express deliveries for customers.
• Create promotional displays together: Use your creativity, ideas and organisational skills to support sales promotions.
• Stocktaking: Count stock and place orders to make sure the dm store does not run out of products.

• Customer service: Your empathy, commitment and enjoyment of meeting people help create dm's welcoming atmosphere.
• Training and experience: You have completed commercial vocational training and already have experience in retail or a commercial role.
• eID activation for the passport photo service: Your identity document must have its eID function activated so you can send passport photos digitally to citizens' offices.
• Skills: You enjoy digital work and confidently use smartphones and similar devices. You also have an excellent command of German.
• Teamwork and motivation: You help your team keep the store running smoothly and agree working hours together. You remain calm under pressure.
