You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, the meeting place for brands and people. As a sales assistant, you always have an open ear for our customers' wishes. In addition to your knowledge of the dm range, you convince with competent advice and make retail a beautiful experience. Your working hours are by arrangement with your dm store Monday to Saturday between 6:00 and 20:00. Let's act together – inviting, empathetic and hands-on.

• Advise: With competence and a smile you are there for our customers and leave none of their questions unanswered.
• Present goods and design the range: Clearly arranged, sorted in the customer's interest and easy to reach from the shelf – this is how you help ensure people enjoy shopping at dm.
• Customer orientation: With your openness and helpfulness you make shopping at dm a beautiful experience.
• Passport photo service: You produce passport photos for IDs etc. according to biometric specifications.
• Cashiering: You ensure that everything runs smoothly at the checkout and our customers finish their shopping in a pleasant atmosphere.
• Picking of express orders: You process incoming online orders and help out when it comes to providing express deliveries for our customers.
• Jointly design theme tables for promotions: For our sales-promoting measures, your creativity and ideas are just as in demand as your organizational talent.
• Inventory: You record the stock levels and ensure through ordering that our goods in the dm store do not run out.

• Service orientation: With your empathy, your commitment and your joy in meeting people, you create the typical dm feel-good atmosphere with us.
• Training and professional experience: You have completed your commercial training and already have professional experience in retail or the commercial sector.
• eID activation for passport photo service: In order to digitally transmit the passport photos for our passport photo service in our stores to the citizens' offices, you need the eID activation on your ID document.
• Competencies: You enjoy digital work and are confident in using smartphones & Co. You also have a perfect command of the German language.
• Team spirit and motivation: So that everyday life in the dm store runs smoothly, you pitch in as a team and coordinate working hours together. Even when it gets stressful, you can be relied on to stay calm.
