About this Apprenticeship
Mandatory internship of 6 months, full-time (37.5 hours/week), from February 2027. The Content + SEO team in Customer Loyalty plans, coordinates and creates the content on the website and in the dm app, analyses the impact of the content and handles search engine optimisation. What You'll Learn
- Support in creating, optimising and coordinating SEO/GEO content and marketing measures
- Creating editorial and SEO/GEO-relevant content in the content management system
- Helping to analyse content performance using web analytics and tracking tools
- Using AI tools to optimise content
- Communication and cooperation with internal teams as well as external agencies and industry partners
- Working on projects such as the technical development of the dm website and communication campaigns
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in marketing / communication science or a comparable programme with a focus on online marketing
- Ideally first experience through vocational training or internships in (online) marketing, SEO/GEO and AI
- Passion for digital trends and affinity for online topics
- Enjoyment of working with content management systems and office applications
- Structured and independent way of working and strong communication skills
