Working Student Office Management and Administration

Working student position in the cooperation office SHARE at KIT (Schaeffler Hub for Advanced Research) in Karlsruhe. Proof of enrollment during the employment is a basic requirement. The position is to be filled immediately. Work takes place on site on the KIT campus.

• Independently handle administrative tasks in work and office organization
• Support travel management, including accommodation bookings for colleagues and organizing internal events
• Create and maintain internal documents as a basis for personnel management
• Take on further tasks such as text and graphic design and managing the web presence

• Ongoing studies, e.g. in business administration or teacher training programs
• Enjoyment of independent work with creative freedom
• Strong teamwork skills, friendly manner and organizational talent
• Solid PC skills, especially with MS Office
• Very good German skills and good English skills, spoken and written
