Sales assistant, 20 hours per week, in 72116 Mössingen

Advise customers and help with daily work at the dm store in Mössingen. This part time role is for 20 hours per week, starts immediately and ends on 31 October 2027. Shifts are agreed with the store between Monday and Saturday, from 06:00 to 20:10.

• Customer advice: Help customers with knowledge and a smile, and answer all their questions.
• Display goods and organise the range: Arrange products clearly, in a way that suits customers and makes them easy to reach, helping people enjoy shopping at dm.
• Customer care: Make shopping at dm a pleasant experience through your open and helpful approach.
• Passport photo service: Take passport photos for identity documents and similar uses according to biometric rules.
• Checkout: Keep the checkout running smoothly so customers finish their shopping in a pleasant setting.
• Pick express orders: Process incoming online orders and help prepare express deliveries for customers.
• Create promotional display tables together: Use your creativity, ideas and organisational skills for sales promotions.
• Stocktaking: Count stock and place orders to keep the store supplied.

• Customer service: Your empathy, effort and enjoyment of meeting people help create dm's welcoming atmosphere.
• Training and work experience: You have completed commercial vocational training and already have experience in retail or another commercial role.
• Activated eID for the passport photo service: Your identity document must have its electronic ID function activated so that passport photos can be sent digitally to local public service offices.
• Skills: You enjoy using digital tools and are confident with smartphones and similar devices. You also have a very good command of German.
• Teamwork and motivation: You help your team keep the store running smoothly and agree working hours together. You stay calm under pressure.
• Initiative, problem solving and a desire to shape things: You want to take initiative, work independently, develop solutions and help the team build a better future for everyone.
