Service Technician Machine Tools

• Diagnosis and solution finding for the diverse technical questions of our customers
• Rectification of occurring faults, software adjustments and execution of repairs on site
• Retrofitting of options and automation solutions
• Commissioning of machines and components at the customer site and instruction in machine operation
• Execution of diverse maintenance work

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering or mechatronics (further training as master craftsman or technician desirable)
• Several years of professional experience in field service (maintenance and repair) or in commissioning and maintenance of machine tools (practical experience with DMG MORI machines desirable)
• Very good knowledge of drive technology and control technology, PLC of machine tools
• Confidence in handling CNC controls (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc)
• Service-oriented approach, customer-friendly manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Willingness to travel within the regional service area and corresponding flexibility
