Service Technician CNC Machine Tools

DMG MORI is a world-leading manufacturer of high-precision machine tools. It is looking for reinforcement for repair, maintenance and commissioning of CNC machine tools at customer sites.

• Carrying out repairs, maintenance and commissioning on site for national and international customers
• Diagnosing and fixing complex technical faults on CNC machine tools
• Analyzing and identifying sources of error in mechanics, electronics and control technology
• Close cooperation with local service technicians and technical advice for customers on long-term machine availability
• Documenting the work carried out and passing optimization suggestions to internal departments

• Technical training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or industrial electronics technician, ideally with experience in CNC machine tools
• Experience in maintenance, repair or service of milling machines or comparable machines
• Willingness to travel worldwide, together with openness and flexibility
• English skills to communicate confidently with international customers and teams
• Service orientation and problem-solving skills – enjoying getting into complex technical challenges and finding solutions
