Claims Executive

Processing marine insurance claims, including Hull and Machinery and Loss of Hire claims, while coordinating with customers, adjusters and surveyors.

Processing Hull and Machinery and Loss of Hire claims; liaising with customers, average adjusters and surveyors; defence and settlement of recoveries; nomination and supervision of salvage contracts; issuance and maintenance of damage statistics.

Completed apprenticeship or degree in marine insurance and/or shipping; at least 5 years of experience as a Hull & Machinery claims handler or similar; strong communication and negotiation skills; team-oriented; fluent written and spoken business English.
