You learn the skills of a business administrator with a focus on sales and gradually grow into sales-relevant tasks, processes and analyses; You combine theory & practice over 3 years in a dual alternating model (theory at DHBW Heilbronn, practical phases within your sales cluster at the DPD location); You participate in sales projects and independently take on tasks in daily operations; You support the analysis and improvement of business processes as well as the creation of reports and decision templates; You apply your theoretical knowledge from sales management, customer management, market analysis, sales controlling and negotiation techniques directly in practice; You work on case studies and project work to deepen your business knowledge; You work closely with a mentor and build a professional network through company events, trade fairs and networking meetings

General university entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification with good to very good performance; Good knowledge and grades in Mathematics, German, English and Economics; First professional experience (e.g. through internships or working student activities) in the field of business administration/sales is an advantage; Strong communication skills and confident, customer-oriented appearance; Analytical thinking ability for evaluating market, customer and company data as well as deriving suitable measures; Persuasiveness and joy in presenting ideas and solutions understandably; High self-initiative, teamwork and organizational talent for structured planning and prioritization of tasks; Car driving license class B
