Dual Study Programme: Bachelor of Logistics Management

Three-year dual study programme with an IHK qualification in logistics management. Theory phases take place at Fulda University of Applied Sciences and practical phases in the DPD depot network. You will be involved in business operations from the start and take on responsible tasks.

• Learn to plan, organise and optimise logistics and supply-chain processes
• Combine theory and practice in a dual alternating model
• Rotate through warehousing, transport, dispatch, local transport and quality
• Contribute to logistics and process optimisation projects
• Analyse key figures, create reports and support management decisions
• Provide professional guidance to employees and support managers with shift planning, prioritisation and workflow control
• Apply acquired knowledge in different depots within a cluster

• General university entrance qualification or advanced technical college entrance qualification, alternatively higher education access for professionally qualified applicants in Hesse with very good results
• Strong commitment and a clear desire for professional and personal development
• Good understanding of mathematics and very good German and English skills
• High initiative, willingness to learn and performance orientation
• Interest in business and logistics relationships
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• High flexibility, mobility and willingness to travel
• Category B driving licence
