You will acquire comprehensive knowledge in planning, organizing and optimizing logistics and supply chain processes. You combine theory and practice over 3 years in a dual alternating model (theory at Fulda University of Applied Sciences, practical phases in the DPD depot world). During practical phases you rotate through various logistics areas (e.g. warehouse, transport, dispatch, local transport, quality). You actively work on logistics and process optimization projects and gradually grow into your future leadership role. You analyze key figures, create reports and support management decisions. You learn to professionally guide employees and support managers in daily business, e.g. in shift planning, prioritization and process control. You apply your acquired knowledge directly in changing depots within a cluster.

General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), alternatively university access for professionally qualified persons in Hesse with very good performance. Strong willingness to perform with a clear will for professional and personal development with the goal of taking on leadership and responsibility. Good understanding of mathematics as well as very good German and English language skills. High self-initiative, willingness to learn and performance orientation. Interest in economic and logistical contexts. Analytical thinking and structured way of working. High flexibility, mobility and willingness to travel (Class B driver's license required).
