• You take over the functional and technical support of SAP time management and the supporting systems for our internal customers
• You lead time management HR IT projects
• You design functional analyses of customer requirements, collective agreements, works agreements and create IT concepts from them
• You implement time management functions in an SAP H4S4 system (customizing, RPTIME00)
• You help build up know-how in the area of SAP H4S4 time management
• You carry out process analyses and are involved in the continuous improvement of IT processes
• You participate in the selection of new systems and service providers

• You have successfully completed a university degree
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of SAP time management, ideally in a shared service center
• You are responsible for time management in at least one SAP system and have sound knowledge of time management IT projects
• You also have knowledge of other SAP modules (PA, PY, OM) and can use MS Office confidently
• You have organizational skills and an independent and efficient working style that makes it easier for you to complete assigned tasks on time
• Your working style is careful, and discretion and reliability are a matter of course for you
• Even in challenging situations you have a high level of resilience, while you always remain calm and composed
• Good English skills (at least B2) round off your profile
