Apprenticeship Office Management

You complete your 2.5 to 3-year apprenticeship (depending on performance and school degree) at the headquarters in Essen. You take on commercial and administrative tasks in various headquarters departments, e.g. purchasing, accounting, HR, marketing, and event management. You also have the opportunity to get a taste of one of our stores and our distribution center. You get the chance to deepen your knowledge in office organization and administration through two elective qualifications. You have the possibility to get to know a department in one of our foreign subsidiaries if you perform well.

• You have a general (subject-specific) university entrance qualification with good grades in Mathematics, German, and English.
• You impress with a communicative, sociable manner and enjoy working with different contacts.
• You are confident in German and English communication, whether by email, phone, or in person.
• You are responsible and reliable.
• You show commitment and motivation as well as a high willingness to learn and perform.
• You have basic knowledge of Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
