Apprenticeship as an Office Management Clerk

A varied commercial apprenticeship with insight into several business areas and a special focus on land rights. Training is mainly provided in-house and supplemented by field work.

You support infrastructure projects by clarifying and securing property rights. You coordinate with owners, authorised users, municipalities, companies, and other parties. You obtain permits, conclude agreements, clarify compensation, negotiate easements, prepare contracts, and document contacts and results. You review documents, coordinate changes, and, when needed, support notarisation, land-register entries, and compensation payments.

At least an intermediate school-leaving qualification; confident use of computers and MS Office; interest in mathematics and accounting; teamwork and communication skills; careful, detail-oriented, and conscientious way of working; willingness to learn and commitment; willingness to travel for seminars and events.

Thorough commercial apprenticeship with insight into finance and accounting, controlling, and human resources; comprehensive insight into the legal foundations and practical processes of land rights; internal seminars and support preparing for both parts of the final examination; insight into career opportunities after training; joint introductory and information events; regular team events; planned employment after successful completion.
