• Planning, organization, and execution of office tasks and processes.
• Deployment in areas such as assistance, marketing, customer service, human resources, purchasing, accounting, and controlling.
• Cooperation and communication with internal and external partners.
• Secretarial and assistance tasks.
• Preparation of appointments, events, and meetings.
• Research of data and preparation of presentations.
• Determination of requirements and procurement of materials.
• Tasks in accounting and application of booking systems.
• Support with personnel-related tasks.
• At the Erich Brost Vocational College in Essen, you will be taught a solid basic knowledge in subject-specific and general education subjects.
• In addition to vocational school lessons, you will attend courses at our training center in the Chemiepark Marl.

• Technical college entrance qualification (Fachoberschulreife) / intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) or higher school qualification.
