Over the years, the company has grown to nearly 400 employees. This includes six commercial apprentices as industrial clerks, three apprentices as mechatronics technicians, seven apprentices as machining mechanics, and one apprentice as an IT specialist for system integration. 40% of the workforce have been employed at the Mönchengladbach and Erkelenz locations for more than 15 years and see themselves as brand ambassadors. • Control of operational processes
• Planning, execution, and control of various business management tasks
• Deployment in areas such as marketing, sales, purchasing, human resources, accounting, and controlling
• Use of IT programs as well as presentation and communication techniques
• Marketing and selling products and learning negotiation techniques
• Application of methods for personnel selection and support
• Checking invoices and performing bookkeeping

• At least a technical college entrance qualification
• Enjoyment of commercial topics and working on the PC and in a team
• Good comprehension skills, willingness to learn, and reliability
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
