Trainee Food Technology Specialist 2027

You will complete a three-year apprenticeship as a Food Technology Specialist at our Wittlich site and in parallel at the vocational school in Trier. Your main deployment will be in production – here you will learn the respective processes and manufacturing stages. Your tasks include commissioning, monitoring and operating equipment, as well as the manufacturing process from raw material to finished product. You will also gain knowledge of food analytics, quality management, product development and technical background knowledge. Your apprenticeship is rounded off by insights into the Quality Assurance and Technology departments.

• You will obtain a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or a good lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss).

• Willingness to work in shift operation is a matter of course for you.
