About this Apprenticeship
As a nurse on the neurological/neuroradiological ward, you actively help shape structures, processes and a motivating team culture from the start. On this highly specialised ward for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on the brain, spinal cord and brain-supplying vessels, you care for patients empathetically, professionally and to the latest standards. You work in a newly formed, interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Learn
- You plan nursing measures, carry them out safely and make sure they work well
- You involve our patients and their relatives
- You recognise the wishes and needs of our patients and respond individually to their resources and concerns
- You observe the physical and mental condition of our patients and pass on your observations
- You initiate life-saving emergency measures until the doctor arrives
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional / registered nurse
- Ideal, but not required: work experience in neurology / neuroradiology
