The duration of the Ausbildung is 3 years. The monthly Ausbildung compensation starts at 1,368€ in the first year and increases to 1,464€ in the last year of the Ausbildung. Ausbildung with a system

• Your Ausbildung is dual. You regularly alternate between theoretical phases at vocational school and practical assignments at your place of work.
• Practical training takes place in our modern LernLabs as well as in the partner teams of the specialist departments.
• For Berlin trainees, we try to provide a place in the LernLab at Treptower Park or Fehrbelliner Platz, depending on their place of residence or preference.

You will learn to...

• interpret legal texts confidently and practically, especially in daily dealings with Social Code VI as the basis for diverse tasks.
• process pension applications and calculate pensions and possible back payments.
• examine insurance histories and assess whether periods such as childcare can be taken into account for pension purposes.
• process compensation regulations, for example in the event of a divorce, when pension entitlements have to be divided between spouses.
• assess applications for medical and vocational rehabilitation and calculate transitional benefits.
• master service inquiries regarding pension and rehabilitation law issues by phone and in writing, even in sensitive situations, in a customer-oriented manner.

Digital processes

• Many work processes are digital with us.
• You will work, for example, with the electronic file, which makes it possible to quickly find information, collaborate on it, and document it digitally.
• In the customer service center, inquiries are appropriately distributed through intelligent routing, and their processing will be supported by AI and digital histories of the insured in the future.

• at the start of the Ausbildung, a secondary school leaving certificate (MSA/Realschulabschluss) or (Fach-)Abitur, and a genuine interest in administration, law, and structured processes
• the ability to grasp complex information, evaluate it meaningfully, and formulate coherent conclusions
• confident expression in German, both written and spoken (at least C1 language level)
• a good understanding of mathematics
• proficient use of PCs and enjoyment of working with digital applications
• a meticulous work ethic, a strong willingness to learn, and cooperative and reliable teamwork

Ausbildung Start and Benefits

The Ausbildung begins on September 1, 2026. The regular Ausbildung duration is three years; with very good performance, you can shorten it by half a year. There is also the possibility to participate in the Erasmus+ program and complete an internship in another EU country.

Berlin (300 places), Gera (50 places), and Stralsund (50 places)

Personal Support

Throughout the entire Ausbildung and for three years thereafter, you will have a dedicated contact person.

Attractive Ausbildung Remuneration

Your monthly remuneration is 1,368 Euros in the 1st year of Ausbildung, 1,418 Euros in the 2nd year, and 1,464 Euros in the 3rd year. In addition, there is a learning materials allowance, Christmas bonus, and a success bonus of 400 Euros upon successful completion within the regular Ausbildung period.

Vacation

You have 30 days per year for your recreation.

Takeover Offer

After your successful completion with at least a "satisfactory" grade, we will offer you an unlimited contract – matching the operational needs at your location. If you do not yet meet these requirements, we will initially offer you a fixed-term contract for twelve months. If you settle in well during this time and there is continued need, an unlimited takeover will follow according to the then-current collective bargaining regulations.
