Dual Study Program in IT Management and Public Administration Informatics

Dual study program with theory at Hochschule Harz in Halberstadt and practical phases at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund in Berlin. The program combines IT, public administration and management and leads to a Bachelor of Arts.

Learn the fundamentals of modern IT systems and public administration; work with ERP systems such as SAP; analyze and optimize business processes; gather and structure requirements from specialist departments; plan and support IT projects; learn the basics of IT security; contribute to real IT projects and digital processes during practical phases at DRV Bund; develop solutions at the interface between IT and administration and gradually take on more responsibility.

Abitur or Fachabitur; German language skills at C1 level or higher; interest in IT, administration and digital processes; interest in how organizations and IT work together; analytical and structured thinking; willingness to learn and help shape change; enjoyment of developing digital solutions as part of a team; willingness to undergo a security screening with a positive result and no identified security risk.
