Building Technician HVAC, Contwig

Dussmann Service Deutschland is looking for a full-time, permanent Building Technician (m/f/d) HVAC in Contwig, starting immediately.

• Operating building technology systems (mainly heating and plumbing, ventilation and refrigeration technology, and technical equipment in the roof and structure area)
• Operating and looking after building automation (MSR) technology
• Carrying out and checking work according to DIN 31051, especially operating, handling, adjusting, maintenance, inspection
• Support in instructing, briefing, supervising and coordinating external companies during maintenance and repair work
• Repairs on the above-mentioned systems
• Carrying out fault diagnoses and fixing malfunctions
• Prominent customer support
• Keeping and maintaining fault, test, maintenance and inspection reports
• Ensuring all revision documents are up to date
• Supporting the site manager in organising the operation of the building technology systems

• Completed vocational training in supply technology, as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for plumbing, heating and air conditioning, as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) for refrigeration technology, or equivalent vocational training
• Adequate expertise in electrical, heating, plumbing and building automation (MSR) technology
• Work experience and practical knowledge in facility management
• Basic expertise across building technology, especially preventive fire protection, desirable
• Confident use of MS Office, mobile computer systems and CAFM systems desirable
• Very good German skills and foreign language skills desirable
• Knowledge of ventilation and air conditioning technology desirable
• Small refrigeration certificate A2 desirable
