Building Services Engineering Project Manager - ID: 15358

Dussmann Service Deutschland is hiring a full-time building services engineering project manager on a permanent contract. The role covers technical projects, expert inspections and defect management at several locations across Germany.

• Set up, maintain and administer a register of expert inspections for building services systems subject to mandatory inspection
• Plan, coordinate and manage expert inspections, including supporting and monitoring inspection processes
• Analyse, assess and track identified defects, and develop and implement suitable corrective measures
• Plan, coordinate and carry out technical projects while managing deadlines, costs, quality and resources
• Ensure project goals are met by monitoring budgets, milestones, risks and quality requirements, and taking suitable corrective action
• Support customers, partners, authorities and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Create, maintain and update project plans, reports and documentation, and support cost calculations, change order management and risk management
• Document and track inspections, manage defect correction, organise repairs and prepare quotations for building services engineering

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, building services engineering, building and energy engineering, or industrial engineering
• Completed advanced qualification as a master craftsperson or technician in energy and building services, refrigeration and air conditioning, electrical engineering, or plumbing, heating and air conditioning, with relevant work experience
• Relevant work experience in expert inspections, building services engineering or technical facilities management
• Sound knowledge of inspection management, quality management, occupational safety, and structured project and inspection documentation
• Strong skills in project management, project control, defect management and technical risk management
• Ability to work independently, strong teamwork and customer service skills, and excellent organisation and coordination skills
• Very good German and good English, both spoken and written, for professional communication with customers, authorities and project stakeholders
• Willingness to travel regularly for business within Germany
