About this Apprenticeship
Dussmann Service Deutschland is looking for a mailroom employee (m/f/d) in Berlin, starting immediately on a permanent basis. Full-time, Monday to Friday, no shift or weekend work.
What You'll Learn
- First point of contact (m/f/d) for internal and external customers
- Processing of mail (internal/external)
- Preparing shipping documents
- Packing tasks in line with legal requirements (including hazardous goods etc.)
- Light warehouse tasks (distributing mail and parcels in the building)
Requirements
- Experience in a mailroom or shipping is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and a strong service mindset
- Independent work within the given work instructions
- Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least C1)
- Good English skills
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Clean police certificate of good conduct
- Very high reliability, care and organizational skills
- Friendly manner and well-groomed appearance
