Electrical Technician, Contwig, ID: 15387

Dussmann is hiring an electrical technician in Contwig to operate and maintain building systems. This permanent full-time role starts immediately and involves 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and on-call duties.

• Operate building systems, mainly electrical systems and optionally instrumentation and control systems, as the person responsible for work under DIN VDE 0105-100
• Carry out work on these systems under DIN 31051, particularly operation, handling and positioning
• Diagnose faults and resolve problems
• Keep all systems available and working at their best
• Accompany and support outside contractors during maintenance and repairs
• Keep and update fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician or a comparable qualification
• Some practical knowledge of facilities management is desirable
• Think and work with a focus on results and business costs
• Confident use of MS Office and generally comfortable with software
• Knowledge of computer-aided facilities management systems is an advantage
• Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues
• A confident manner and a proactive approach to work
• A category B or former category 3 driving licence
