Management Assistants for IT System Management (f/m/d) inform and advise customers on the conception of complete IT solutions. They analyze requirements and create suitable offers. Their tasks also include procuring hardware and software, conducting marketing measures and user training, and installing IT systems. Their work area is primarily in sales, marketing, IT controlling, corporate organization, and procurement. They work in project management in commercial, technical, and organizational aspects during the introduction or expansion of an IT infrastructure and take on advisory tasks – from initial conception to handover. Creating offers, cost calculations, and contracts belongs to their tasks just as much as distinguishing market-available devices, programs, and systems by their capabilities and creating applications in programming languages. Training content: At DVZ M-V GmbH, trainees learn analysis of technical requirements, conception of customer-specific IT systems, and customer support – from offer through contract management to billing. During the training period, trainees gain comprehensive insight into the most diverse task areas and processes of a large IT service provider, alongside acquiring all necessary skills. Duration and location: The training lasts 3 years. The practical part takes place at DVZ M-V GmbH, the theoretical part at the Vocational School of Technology in Rostock.
