What You'll Learn
- Get to know the different areas of the garden center, from houseplants and garden building materials to lawn mowers and grills
- Show responsibility in your own projects
- Keep developing through trainee seminars and technical training and be well prepared for your exam
- Sales assistant (2 years): learn customer advice, product presentation, cash register work and the daily routine in the garden department
- Retail clerk (3 years): deepen your business knowledge, take responsibility in your own projects and grow into a sales professional

- Friendly manner
- Openness and enjoyment of communication
- Great interest in garden center products
- At least a Hauptschulabschluss
