Jenning Grundstückspflege GmbH, a subsidiary of the Piepenbrock Group, looks after green spaces, mows lawns and provides winter service. A full-time master gardener is wanted in Schwerin.

• Represent the company internally and externally and relieve the branch manager in managing the Schwerin and Upahl sites
• Lead the team in technical and disciplinary matters
• Look after customers directly and personally in green space maintenance and winter service
• Support the sites in integrating into Piepenbrock's structures and standards
• Develop practical processes, set up new ones and implement them on site
• Take responsibility for revenue and results
• Ensure compliance with workplace regulations, occupational safety and Piepenbrock guidelines

• Master craftsman, technician or engineer (m/f/d) in landscape gardening, or alternatively a completed vocational training in landscape gardening and willingness to earn the master certificate
• Ideally already had leadership responsibility and lead staff with tact and empathy
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Think entrepreneurially, plan ahead and act strategically
• Service and customer orientation, confident, reliable and professional manner
• Work in a goal-oriented way, show initiative and high commitment and performance
