Caretaker with Work Experience in Berlin

Caretaker (m/f/d) in the Wilmersdorf district of Berlin, two days per month for four hours each. The working days are spread flexibly across the weekdays of the month depending on need.

• Work as a caretaker (m/f/d) two days per month for four hours each, with working days spread flexibly across the weekdays of the month depending on need
• Working hours by individual agreement within the Working Hours Act (ArbZG)
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance and organize yourself
• A complete set of tools must be brought along to carry out the jobs
• Tools, car and BVG ticket are not provided by the employer

• At least 5 years of work experience as a caretaker (m/f/d)
• Specific knowledge of all caretaker tasks
• Good German and English skills, able to communicate with the customer by email, phone and WhatsApp
• Punctuality and self-organization
• Independent work and a high level of commitment
