You learn to handle your own tablet, which you receive at the start of your training and which accompanies you throughout your entire training period. You learn everything about assortment and material management in order to inspire our customers with expert and individual advice for our goods. You develop your sales skills and learn to apply the sales techniques learned at our company in a targeted manner and to successfully conclude sales talks. You learn the organizational processes in sales and support the processing of complaints, the preparation of events and the implementation of sales-promoting measures. You gain insights into merchandise management processes and learn to understand and control commercial processes using key figures. You develop professionally and personally through regular training and continuously build your competencies. As part of a project, you take the opportunity to slip into the role of your manager and gain initial leadership experience. You receive additional instruction at the Federal Technical School for Perfumery and deepen your expertise there about the world of fragrances and cosmetics.

Enthusiasm for the beauty and perfume industry: You are interested in current trends, products and developments in the beauty and fragrance world and bring a corresponding passion for the assortment. Strong communication skills: You communicate in a friendly, confident and convincing manner and have a good sense of the individual wishes and needs of your customers. Team, performance and responsibility awareness: You like working in a team, support your colleagues and reliably take responsibility for your tasks. You are motivated to achieve jointly set goals. Commercial understanding and process-oriented thinking: You have a basic understanding of economic relationships and commercial processes. Even with organizational tasks you work in a structured, careful and solution-oriented manner. Successful school diploma: You have a successful school diploma and bring a high willingness to learn and the motivation to develop professionally and personally.
