You support organizational processes in sales, e.g., handling complaints, preparing events, implementing sales-promoting measures. Furthermore, you gain insights into merchandise management processes and control of commercial processes using key figures. During your apprenticeship, you receive regular training for your personal and professional development. As part of your apprenticeship, you learn how visual merchandising concepts and styling guidelines are effectively implemented across the entire sales floor. To produce decoration material yourself, you first learn material and product knowledge as well as manual skills. You gain insights into color design, lighting, and other design elements to use them effectively. Together with your team, you prepare customer events, seasonal campaigns, and various marketing measures. Your own tablet, which you receive during the apprenticeship, will be your constant companion during the training. As part of a project, you get the opportunity to take on the role of your manager.
