Hands-on training in data analysis and process modelling, with assignments at various EDEKA locations and block instruction at ATIW Vocational College in Paderborn.

• Analyse large datasets from purchasing, logistics, sales and IT systems and turn them into actionable insights.
• Identify optimisation opportunities in a wide range of business processes and help continuously improve workflows.
• Develop and implement automated data processing so data can be used efficiently and securely.
• Apply modern tools and methods from business intelligence, data analytics and process modelling in practice.
• Work closely with specialist departments, developers and project teams to connect IT with operational processes.
• Actively support compliance with data protection policies and IT security standards.

• You have or will soon have an intermediate school-leaving certificate (Realschule / Fachoberschule) or a university entrance qualification, preferably with good to very good grades.
• You are interested in data, analytical tools and statistics and want to understand how business processes work.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy and an enjoyment of solving challenging tasks come naturally to you.
• Initial experience with Excel, databases or programming languages is an advantage, but your willingness to learn is more important.
• You are a team player, reliable and enjoy complex IT challenges.
• You are willing to travel frequently because the school-based training takes place in block instruction at ATIW Vocational College in Paderborn.
