You will become a meat professional with a heart for enjoyment and service! In this 3-year apprenticeship, everything revolves around quality, creativity, and the right way to deal with our customers.

Customer advisory: You recommend fresh sausage and meat products, give preparation tips, and create genuine enjoyment moments. Creativity required: You design presentations for platter and gift services and develop finger food ideas – perfectly presented at the counter. Quality assurance: You learn how fresh goods are checked, managed, and sold optimally. Hygiene & cleanliness: You ensure the highest hygiene standards in handling food.

School diploma: At least lower secondary school diploma. Passion for food: You have a good sense for quality and freshness. Enjoy customer contact: You are open, friendly, and like to help. Team spirit: You like working with others and are reliable. Motivation: You want to get involved, think along, and develop further.
