Apprenticeship as a Specialist Salesperson, Meat Department - 2027

Three-year apprenticeship to become a meat specialist, focusing on quality, creativity, customer advice and service.

Advise customers on fresh sausage and meat products; create presentations for platter and gift services and develop finger-food ideas; inspect, plan and sell fresh goods; maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards when handling food.

At least a lower secondary school-leaving certificate; a good sense of quality and freshness; enjoyment of customer contact; openness, friendliness, reliability and team spirit; motivation, initiative and willingness to develop.
