Junior Manager Trainee 37.5 hrs/week in the Jestetten area

You make a difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores. As a junior manager trainee you learn everything needed to organize daily work in the dm store, and grow into your future role as store manager or deputy store manager. Working times are in different shifts (morning, midday, evening) from Monday to Saturday. Full-time, permanent, start as soon as possible.

• Core task: As a junior manager trainee you acquire the knowledge and skills for smooth operations in the dm store.
• Securing success: You help optimize work processes with business aspects in mind. Together with the store management you secure your store's success.
• Goods availability and cleanliness: You always keep an overview of the complete supply and presentation of goods and pitch in too.
• Passport photo service: You produce passport photos for ID documents and more according to biometric requirements.
• Organizational talent: You plan, organize and carry out marketing measures and strategies.
• Staff scheduling: You plan ahead and agree working hours with your team.
• Projects: You like to take initiative, think along and shape projects together with the team.

• Customer and service orientation: With your empathy, commitment and joy in meeting people, you help us create the typical dm feel-good atmosphere.
• Organizational and leadership strength: With your organizational talent you know how to set priorities and have a sense for supporting and inspiring people individually.
• Training and work experience: You have completed commercial training and have work experience in retail or in a commercial field.
• eID activation for passport photo service: To transmit passport photos digitally to citizens' offices, you need the eID activated on your ID document.
• Initiative, solution orientation and willingness to shape things: You want to take initiative, work independently, develop solutions and help build a future worth living for everyone together with our work community.
• Certificates: Ideally you already hold a trainer qualification and a certificate of competence for freely sold medicines.
• Skills: You are very familiar with Office 365, SAP, smartphones and digital media. You are also confident with the German language and with numbers.
