During the apprenticeship, you will learn to serve and advise customers and sell baked goods, snacks and drinks. You will also learn how to maintain and present products and order bread and baked goods.

Serving and advising customers professionally and selling baked goods, snacks and drinks; maintaining, checking and attractively presenting the counter; ordering bread and baked goods; working with raw materials and bakery products.

Lower secondary school certificate; awareness of hygiene and quality; creativity, teamwork, good memory and accuracy; enjoyment of customer contact; German language skills at least at B1 level with proof; valid work permit for Germany.
