Financial Accountant with Focus on Real Estate Billing

To support our team at BÄR & OLLENROTH KG, we are looking for you as a Financial Accountant with a focus on Real Estate Billing (m/f/d) at the Rangsdorf location.

• Review of incoming operating and ancillary cost statements as well as allocation and posting of operating-cost-relevant expenses.
• Monitoring of incoming invoices, invoice verification, and execution of invoice coding.
• Preparation of annual operating cost statements for own properties as well as preparation of evaluations and billing overviews.
• Collaboration with real estate management and support in preparation, participation, and creation of real estate budgets.
• Support in financial accounting and in the implementation of new processes and tools.

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Ideally, you have further training as a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification or a business administration degree.
• Preferably, you have several years of experience in financial or rental accounting as well as sound knowledge in operating and ancillary cost accounting, accounting, tax law, and real estate law.
• Confident handling of accounting and real estate management software, as well as MS Office, especially Excel and SAP, is desired.
