Clerk ERP for Accounts Payable

To support our team at Bär & Ollenroth KG we are looking for you as a Clerk (m/f/d) ERP for Accounts Payable at the Rangsdorf location. THIS IS WHAT IT'S ABOUT: Taking over and checking goods receipt invoices from the merchandise management system according to SAP Maintaining/checking master data and payment terms as well as creating payment schedules for goods suppliers in compliance with payment terms Dunning and balance confirmations as well as checking/posting of direct debits on supplier accounts Support in recording supplier invoices in an MS-DOS-based merchandise management system and in posting supplier invoices and credit notes

• Take over and check goods receipt invoices from the merchandise management system according to SAP
• Maintain/check master data and payment terms as well as create payment schedules for goods suppliers in compliance with payment terms
• Dunning and balance confirmations as well as check/posting of direct debits on supplier accounts
• Support in recording supplier invoices in an MS-DOS-based merchandise management system and in posting supplier invoices and credit notes

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Ideally you already have expertise in financial and tax law
• Careful, structured and solution-oriented work in a team is one of your strengths
• IT affinity (WW90 and MS Office) rounds off your profile
