• Making sausage and ham: you accompany the whole process, starting with cutting up the delivered meat and proper further processing
• Specialities: making ready-to-sell roasts, skewers and other specialities, as well as marinating, is part of your tasks
• Service: you advise customers on fresh sausage and meat products
• Quality management: you ensure high quality and hygiene in all production steps and in sales

• School qualification: you need at least a Hauptschulabschluss as an admission requirement
• Foodie: you bring a passion for meat products
• Sales talent: you have a good understanding of sales techniques to increase sales and build customer loyalty
• Organisational talent: you can organise yourself independently
