Three-year apprenticeship as a retail sales clerk with an additional qualification as a certified IHK fresh food specialist; combines merchandise management and sales with business processes, product range planning, and marketing campaigns.

You are responsible for purchasing, marketing, product presentation, and sales; serve and advise customers in the fresh-food departments; contribute your own creations; supervise merchandise management and retail business processes; learn all retail tasks with a focus on fresh and service-oriented food departments; learn about compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations.
