Apprenticeship as an all-rounder with two IHK qualifications, covering product knowledge with a focus on fresh food, organization, sales, business processes, and hygiene.

You learn about products and fresh-food departments such as fruit and vegetables, bakery, meat, sausages, cheese, and fish; organize purchasing, marketing, product presentation, and sales; learn the full product range; advise customers on fresh food; learn business processes; monitor hygiene regulations.

At least a Hauptschule certificate; enthusiasm for working with fresh food; interest in business processes; enjoyment of working with people; ability to organize independently; motivation and willingness to work hard.
