Dual Study Program: Business Administration - Retail Management, Store - 2027

Dual study program in retail management with practical training in a store. You will learn about inventory management, sales, key performance analysis, product flow and staff planning while developing into a future manager.

Properly storing and maintaining goods and checking and storing deliveries; developing product presentation concepts and conducting sales talks independently; analyzing data and deriving business performance indicators; supporting the planning and control of product flow; assisting with staff planning and coordinating the local team.

University entrance qualification; interest in food and business processes; logical thinking; organizational skills; motivation and willingness to contribute.

Study and training pay of €1,500 in the first year, €1,600 in the second year and €1,750 in the third year; up to €900 in health bonuses per year; employee discounts; career and development opportunities; participation in the apprentice graduation gala at Europa-Park after passing the final examination and being hired; and the opportunity to implement your own ideas independently.
