Apprenticeship as a Salesperson / Retail Management Assistant - 2027

Apprenticeship in retail with varied tasks in customer advice, inventory management, sales, checkout, marketing and business operations.

Advising customers in a friendly manner; learning the entire product cycle from ordering, receiving and storing goods to presentation, sales and checkout; planning sales promotions and implementing marketing measures; gaining insight into business processes and the organization of a modern retail company.

At least a lower secondary school-leaving certificate; a passion for food; commitment, reliability and teamwork skills.

Training pay of €1,150 in the first year, €1,280 in the second year and €1,430 in the third year; shopping vouchers worth up to €1,000; career and development opportunities; holiday and Christmas bonuses after two years of service; 32 days of annual leave; and work with regional products, short supply chains and fair treatment of local farmers.
