With a degree as a retail business manager, you belong to the management talent of tomorrow – or you become self-employed as a merchant at EDEKA and become your own boss. Daily business: You'll learn all relevant areas – from purchasing and sales to marketing and professional customer consulting. Business administration: You'll determine and analyze key figures and develop sound decisions for business success. Merchandise management & logistics: You'll gain insights into procurement, warehousing, and the entire goods flow in the market. Business processes: You'll intensively deal with business administration, work organization, accounting, store billing, and sales. Leadership & personnel: You'll engage with modern leadership approaches and learn how to motivate, deploy, and develop employees. The special thing about the apprenticeship? Doubly qualified! After 3 years, you hold two degrees – Retail Management Assistant and Retail Business Manager.
