An integrated apprenticeship as a certified retail specialist with practical training at the EDEKA market at 38154 Königslutter, Rottorfer Straße 2. The program combines retail, business administration, merchandise management and leadership and leads to two qualifications.

• Learn how goods are sourced and sold
• Promote customer satisfaction and delight customers
• Determine and analyze business performance indicators
• Present and help shape products and product ranges creatively
• Build knowledge in business administration, work organization, accounting, marketing, logistics and sales

• General university entrance qualification or full university of applied sciences entrance qualification
• Enjoyment of working with people and advising customers
• Interest in product-range design and willingness to learn new things
• German language skills of at least B2 level with proof
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Team spirit and willingness to support one another
