Apprenticeship in the Abiturientenprogramm as a Retail Specialist (IHK) 2027

Three-year apprenticeship and further-training program with two qualifications: retail salesperson after 18 to 24 months and Retail Specialist (IHK) at the end. After two years, you can also obtain the trainer qualification. You learn about retail as well as business administration, marketing, work organization, accounting, logistics, sales and personnel management. There is no vocational school attendance; instead, you take part in further training with certified education providers.
